The property is very nice and clean! And the customer service is exceptional! I want to give a shout out to the front office manager for helping me print an important boarding pass for my customer! I will always make this a recommendation for my customers when they stay in this city!

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room clean and bed very comfortable. The food was more than expected, only downside of the stay was the margarita had a funny flavor, did not taste any tequila or typical lime flavor.

Our VRBO ended up having flooded streets, so we came here and got a room around 8:45pm on a Monday. The staff was fabulous (two women at the front desk, and the lady running the breakfast the next morning), so I want to be sure that was said. But, the first room we had was full of bugs (maybe roaches?). They changed our room, and we had only a couple of ants/spiders, so we stayed. They gave us free breakfast vouchers for the bug issue, but my daughter has food allergies, so we went elsewhere after grabbing some fruit. We found hair under the bed sheets and in EVERY towel. I just feel like the cleaning is lacking, and I expected so much more from a Holiday Inn at the price. The trains went by blaring horns all through the night. So, it was very hard to get a good night's sleep. Overall, it was way too pricey for what we got. We were quite disappointed to have to pay $172 for one night with those issues.

Nice place to stay. I will be back! I ate at the restaurant every night and the waiter was super friendly and did a great job. The food was fantastic. I had no reason to go anywhere else to eat. I also tried out the hot tub. Very nice place in general.

I'm not too happy with the receptionist, running us out of the restaurant area at wanted to sit in the dark waiting on 632. Most kitchens cater to the workers. Not the one at the desk scared of covid hating on her customers. She is just listening to un appropriate music on the phone. My dad used to say if you're not ten minutes early, you're late. You can get the same breakfast at Holiday Inn Express for free. The rooms are very clean, laundry costs 6.00. I have been to the same hotels for that price with free machines. Got to say compliments to the bar tender, great conversations made. I'm not sure if the TV needs some instructions on how to navigate guide.

The initial check in went very smoothly. The associate at the front desk was efficient and, well, just did a good job. I felt welcomed. The internet access also went smoothly. Whatever you system remembered (WiFi MAC) worked and it was one click to connect to the internet with my phone, PC and tablet.

Everything was great, the employees were very friendly and professional. Rooms were very comfortable. Highly recommended this hotel, we will stay her again in the future. Thank you Holiday Inn for a great stay.
